The Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Code Enforcement Officer assures the safety of the public through the enforcement of codes or ordinances regarding:
  • unattended vegetation
  • vacant properties,
  • debris and rubbish,
  • snow or ice covered sidewalks,
  • signs,
  • property maintenance,
  • zoning and land use, and
  • business license.
If you know of a property in Anaconda-Deer Lodge County that is vacant, has unattended vegetation, excessive debris or rubbish, or snow/ice covered sidewalks complete the form available here and the Code Enforcement Officer will address the matter in a timely fashion.
The Code Enforcement Office processes applications for handicapped parking spaces in Anaconda-Deer Lodge County for both residential and business properties. Click here for a diagram of handicapped parking spaces. Applications are available online for first time applicants, residential renewals, and business renewals.
