ANACONDA-DEER LODGE COUNTY /EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER:

Part-Time Payroll Clerk:  This position will be employed 20 hours per week.  Position will be required to perform administrative, financial duties in performing accurate processing and reporting of payroll for Anaconda-Deer Lodge County.  Position must require a thorough knowledge of Union Contracts, legal and administrative rules of payroll processing and payroll deductions, federal wage and hour laws, workers’ compensation system and be familiar with following office practices and procedures.

Must have an Associates Degree in a Business related field OR five years responsible experience in similar office work. Part-Time Seasonal Elections Assistant:  Under the general supervision of the Chief Financial Officer/Clerk & Recorder, performs specific duties to an election.  Position is involved in reviewing and recording voter registration applications; preparing and tracking absentee ballots; updating and maintain voter database; and assisting Elections Administrator with any other voter and election duties as needed.  Work is performed in an office setting during normal business hours, with the exception of election day.  Wage is established at $11.06/hour.
