Library - Power Outage

The Hearst Free Library has been issued a notification that there will be no power on July 18, 2019 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  The Library 1st floor will remain open, no access to the 2nd floor will be allowed.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
