Montana State University (MSU) Extension improves the lives of Montana citizens by providing unbiased research-based education and information that integrates learning, discovery, and engagement. These things strengthen the social, economic, and environmental well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
Montana 4-H is the youth development program of MSU Extension. We believe today’s generation of youth are the possibility and promise of tomorrow, so we are investing in more than cows and blue ribbon cookie recipes.
Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) projects are expanding the traditional 4-H youth experience. 4-H sets the standard for local and global leadership and citizenship opportunities.
Making learning fun matters. New members and adult volunteers are welcome. Join us for dynamic, high-impact youth programs.
The Shutter Diagnostic Lab strives to safeguard Montana agriculture, landscapes and public spaces from plant pests by providing identification services, management advice, and education.
