Parks & Recreation
The Parks and Recreation Department works hard to maintain existing and plan for the future development of the parks facilities of Anaconda-Deer Lodge County, with the intent of sustaining and improving the health, wellness, and quality of life of the community.
The Planning Department strives to sustain and improve the health, safety, convenience, and welfare of the citizens of Anaconda-Deer Lodge County and to plan for the future development of the community.
The Public Health Department is the community’s leader in disease prevention. The Public Health Department also provides educational programs that assist residents live healthy and active lives.
The Road Department maintains and repairs the roads within Anaconda-Deer Lodge County.
In addition to monitoring the County’s Roads, this department is also responsible for the maintenance of the County’s Sewer System.
The Treasurer’s Office serves as the custodian for all public funds within the City and County of Anaconda-Deer Lodge, providing accountability for all local case receipts, as well as deposits or investments of all departments, offices, and boards.
